San Diego Hockey Development Center gives players a dedicated off-ice environment for improving skating mechanics, shooting, puck control and hockey-specific athleticism. Its programs combine skatemill work, shooting and stickhandling stations, strength training, performance testing and small-group instruction for youth through adult players.
