Connecticut Chiefs runs a structured player-development system in Newington that extends beyond team practice. Current 2026–27 programming includes dedicated Elite Skills sessions, position and goalie development, video review, seasonal off-ice work and strength, speed, mobility and conditioning through an on-site performance partnership.
